Lt1 head swap?

I got a 94 lt1 motor sitting in my back yard and I was wondering if I could swap the heads from the lt1 to an old school 350 4bolt? I know that if i can i have to change the intake manifold and add a carb. I really dont want it fuel injected. any suggestions?
