my friend has a 95 Z28 (automatic) he had it sittin for a while because of a bad fuel pump...once he fixed it he went to drive it and wouldnt shift past 2nd gear..but it has reverse...hopefully nothin major but would appreciate all help....thanx

umm....it doesn't say on the post....but did you check the fluid? If i know i've learned something about automatics....they LOVE their fluid. Make sure its up to par, if it is and you still have problems, I'd take it to a shop. There really isn't too much you can do. It may need to be rebuilt. Good luck to ya! Hopefully it only needs fluid!
