Default clutch?

I have a 96 camaro and its time to do the clutch. If anyone could tell me which is better or which I should go with between the centerforce or the SLP performance kit. Both say to grab 30% better than stock. Thanks alot.

id also like to know something about the clutch.. i jus purchesed a 95 Z28 from the original owner and the day i got it some kids in a stolen car ran the light and destroyed my car.. well if its not totaled i need a new clutch... do i have to replace the flywheel at the same time?? the clutch in it is a bit over a year old i think and it needs replacing.. what all do i need to replace when replacing the clutch??
