Default 383 stroker concerns

hey

i have a 1987 camaro with a 350 small block and just found out the engine needs to be rebuilt. I want to have it made into a 383 stroker. My only main concern is i plan on using this car for a daily driver and with rising fuel cost im not sure. If anybody has any advice on how a 383 stroker runs and what kind of gas mileage i could get. Its will be carbuerated with a 4 barrel cartar and a 700r4 tranny with a 2400 stall converter and shift kit. The rear end is stock. I will be glad to hear any advice on the motor in general.

Thanks matt
