Default 1989 RS Fuel Problem?

Hey everyone, new to this forum. I have a 1989 RS Camaro 305 TBI. The car sat for a year in the garage and i am back again trying to get it runnin again. I had a new fuel pump, filter, plugs, cap and rotor, and all that good stuff before it sat. Now i syphoned all the old gas out and put a new fuel filter in it to be safe. I also had the throttle body rebuilt and tuned. But i am not getting any fuel from the injectors. The noid lights show fire but im just getting the priming drops. If someone gets in the car and cranks it to start i can pour gas down the TBI and it purrs like a kitten, you can even slam the gas and the injectors shoot a beautiful cone to rev the engine just like it should. But when i stop pouring the injectors stumble as the car does and it dies. Fuel pump works, i disconnected a line at the TBI and aimed it at a bucket while cranking and it spits gas alright. I had a map code once but once i fixed a broken vacuum line that went away. I have no codes and no start. I was leaning towards Fuel pump relay or Oil pressure sending unit. If i get in and crank it it will eventually catch and start but it will stumble and die 3 seconds later. I know if the fuel pump relay is bad the OPSU will close the loop and run the fuel pump as long as there is 4psi in the oil. Or maybe a fuel pressure regulator? I don't know, sorry bout all the info. Any hints?
